The role  

 

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Support professional who excels in crafting professional PowerPoint presentations and providing essential support to the PMO our management team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our PMO lead by developing high-impact visuals that effectively communicate key project insights and strategies. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • PowerPoint Presentation Creation: Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for various integration program initiatives, supporting Steerco level decisions, ensuring clarity, coherence, and visual appeal. 

  • Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative assistance to the PMO Lead, including preparing necessary documentation and driving processes. 

  • Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in gathering data from project teams and compiling it into actionable reports for review by the PMO Lead and senior management. 

  • Coordination: Maintain clear communication channels across project teams to facilitate efficient information sharing and collaboration. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the PMO Lead in engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their seamless integration into ongoing projects. 

 

About you  

 

We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong organisational and time management skills. You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and have a keen eye for detail combined with a proactive attitude. You may hold a cand.merc. or another relevant degree and have experience from a similar role—either from a student position or the early stages of your career. You have a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of project management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in project management and gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale integration projects.
