Dominika, Senior Manager: At Norlys, we are building the next generation of customer identity and access management (CIAM) capabilities — and we are looking for a Backend Specialist who wants to play an important role on that path. It is an opportunity to help shape how millions of customer interactions are secured, connected, and experienced across a modern digital ecosystem.

Your new role

As part of our CIAM team, you will work with identity, authentication, APIs, and secure integrations at the core of our customer platforms. We are in the middle of transitioning from legacy solutions to a modern, scalable architecture, and you will help define both the technical direction and the solutions that support it.

What you will be working on

You will help design and develop backend services that support secure and seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms and domains:

• Design and build backend services supporting Customer Identity & Access Management
• Contribute to the transformation from legacy identity solutions to a modern CIAM architecture
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization flows such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
• Develop APIs and integrations across a complex system landscape
• Collaborate closely with architects, platform engineers, and product teams to create aligned and scalable solutions
• Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability are built into solutions from the beginning

Something about you

You are an experienced backend engineer who enjoys working with complex integrations and modern identity solutions. You are curious, collaborative, and motivated by building systems that make a real impact. We imagine that you bring:

• Backend development experience, preferably with .NET or similar technologies
• Understanding of API design and integration patterns
• Experience with authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect

•  Familiarity with identity providers (IdPs), ideally Keycloak

Maybe you have worked on CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Auth0, Azure AD B2C, or similar, identity-related domains including authentication, user management, and access control.
