I’m Brieuc and I’m leading a team of Data Engineers. We are on the lookout for Data Engineers who possesses technical skills and excels in communication, enabling effective collaboration within our organisation and with external stakeholders.

Your role with Us 
As part of the Data & AI Platform team, you'll find a culture that values open communication, teamwork, and collective growth. Your role will involve designing, implementing and maintaining data flows essential to powering our business platforms and AI models.

Our technological landscape 
Our data solutions are built on a Snowflake data warehouse, with data transformations defined and orchestrated in dbt Cloud. The main programming language is SQL, although occasionally Python is used for nonstandard use cases. Our stack runs fully in the cloud, where we make use of various technologies both on AWS and Azure – with Azure being our target platform by 2027.

How we work

The Data & AI platform is divided into multiple product lines, each developing data products for a specific part of the business. You will be joining a scrum team of data engineers and analysts, contributing to one product line. Our scrum teams work closely together and with their business stakeholders to build reliable, readable and maintainable solutions. We prize individuals who are not just technically astute, but also proactive communicators, keen to understand the business, share insights and contribute to team discussions.

Besides our strong focus on building great data products, we also allocate time for innovation and personal development in the field of data engineering.

About You
We are seeking experienced as well as junior Data Engineers. If you are less experienced, we value a learning mindset and proficiency in SQL and data modelling.

If you are experienced within data engineering, we expect that you are accustomed to working in agile teams building complex data pipelines. Your technical acumen is matched by your warm, engaging personality and your skill in making complex data understandable. You are methodical, a natural problem-solver, and agile in adapting to new situations and technologies.

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills
• Has practical experience with SQL
• Can share a portfolio as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer
• Is proficient in creating automated data processes
• Has dbt and/or Snowflake experience (advantageous but not required)
• Understands data organisation principles
• Is committed to writing clear, well-documented code
