- Act as the primary contact for chipset and device vendors in relation to testing and onboarding processes.
- Ensure that devices are compliant with standards and network evolution.
- Monitor device trends and proactively influence vendor roadmaps.
Be a solution oriented teamplayer
To excel in this position, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have the ability to work from a Norlys location a minimum of three days per week. You should possess strong coordination and communication skills, and be structured, proactive, and solution oriented. Being a team player with a collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
We believe you bring:
- A strong background in mobile network architecture (4G/5G, IMS, IoT protocols).
- Experience with debugging mobile device behavior in live networks (e.g., log analysis, QXDM, Wireshark).
- Excellent understanding of chipset ecosystems and how they affect device capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with CORE, RAN and vendors.
- Familiarity with industry standards (3GPP, GSMA) and device onboarding processes.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you can obtain security clearance with the FE and PET, and you must be able to maintain the security clearance throughout your employment.
