Plan, design, and build today for tomorrow’s network

The End-to-end Telco Architecture team is part of the Planning department within Norlys’ Telco unit where our ambition is to plan, design, and build a network today that caters for tomorrow’s needs.

We are a team of five highly skilled architects and compliance experts. We lead contract negotiations with platform suppliers, ensure functional test environments, and establish platform readiness to facilitate timely rollout of new features, aligned with market readiness. All with the purpose of positioning Norlys at the forefront of the Telco industry in Denmark, to create value for our customers.

We secure consistency and compatibility between long-term goals for network expansion and technology adoption in alignment with business strategy. We define architectural principles across all network domains, support digital transformation and promote modular, scalable, and interoperable system designs. 

Lead high-level technical solutions

As part of the End-to-End Telco Architecture team, you will play a key role in shaping our future network strategy and designs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining End-to-End Telco Architecture roadmap, ensuring input from architects and domain experts and alignment across units.
• Representing the architecture team in design authority meetings and customer engagements.
• Leading high-level technical designs and ensuring smooth handover to Build and Operations teams.
• Creating and maintaining documentation standards, processes, and governance, while coordinating with other teams.
• Reviewing technical documentation for security compliance and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Build bridges between networks, infrastructure, IT & business

We expect you to bring a collaborative mindset and strong technical expertise to help us shape the future of Telco architecture.

Your profile includes:

• Being a true team player, curious and eager to learn by taking on new tasks from colleagues.
• Skilled at facilitating and building bridges between networks, infrastructure, IT, and commercial units.
• Experience working as a Telco Engineer and engaging with customers and external partners.
• Knowledge of mobile core, Telco OSS, or RAN is an advantage; project management experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
