We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Support Specialist to help our teams work smarter, reduce friction in daily operations, and help ensure Salesforce supports everyday business work in a clear and effective way.
Your role | supporting B2B business
You’ll be part of our Business Performance & Quality team in Norlys Erhverv, where we work on making things simpler, improving how we work together, and supporting the business from start to finish. In this role, you’ll act as the business-side Salesforce specialist, supporting colleagues in sales, onboarding, delivery, and customer service. You’ll make sure our workflows are smooth, our data is reliable, and that daily Salesforce usage remains stable and effective — even as the platform continues to develop and change.
The role requires the ability to operate independently, prioritise incoming needs, and act as a trusted link between the business and the Salesforce IT team.
What you’ll do | in short
- Support and help prioritize daily Salesforce usage across key business workflows
- Act as the main business‑side point of contact for Salesforce‑related questions, needs, and clarifications
- Translate business needs into structured input for the Salesforce IT team, helping ensure clear and actionable communication
- Support testing, releases, and stabilization of workflows as Salesforce evolves
- Contribute to clear user guidance, training material, and communication related to changes and best practices
- Support data quality, reporting, and consistent system usage across teams

You communicate clearly and like seeing things through, and you may feel comfortable working across both business and IT contexts. You’re interested in balancing practical needs with what systems can offer, and you appreciate solutions that are sustainable over time in environments with ongoing change. You can handle verbal and written requests from stakeholders in Danish and English.
Your experience
- Experience working with Salesforce in a business or operational role
- Understanding of sales, customer service, or delivery processes
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured way
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and ongoing change
