As a Finance Business Partner at Norlys, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the business, where your insights help shape how we navigate, prioritize, and create value across the organization. Working collaboratively is key, as you'll closely partner with other Finance team members and stakeholders in the business, to ensure alignment and uphold high data quality.

Foster collaboration in Finance

As a Finance Business Partner for our Telco Products & Business Development area, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the organization. You will translate financial data into actionable recommendations, challenge assumptions, and support teams in making informed, data‑driven decisions. The role is based in Copenhagen, where you will join a team of five highly skilled Finance Business Partners.

Your responsibilities:

• Partner with senior business stakeholders on planning, forecasting, and performance follow‑ups
• Deliver financial insights, analysis, and clear recommendations to support strategic and operational decision‑making
• Lead budget processes and continuous forecasting for your area, in collaboration with relevant teams
• Analyze financial and non‑financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support business cases, investment cases, and ad‑hoc financial analyses

Create value with your knowledge

We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate complexity to find solutions are essential. Additionally, experience in the telecommunications industry is considered a plus.

More qualities we are looking for:

• Relevant educational background in finance, economics, business administration, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in a finance business partner role, controlling, or another analytical finance position
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing direction
