We are looking for a Transformation Specialist to strengthen our Transformation Office team, supporting the Telia Integration Program and future transformation projects.

What you will do

In this dynamic role, you will have your own area of responsibility, with opportunities to learn and grow. You will manage the operations of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), which include products, platforms, people, and processes delivered by Telia Company to Norlys during the transition period until we have built up the capabilities in Norlys. You will tackle operational challenges, respond to questions from internal program participants and external partners, remove obstacles related to the TSAs, and document and maintain crucial insights. Additionally, you'll coordinate TSA scope reductions and ensure that costs are reduced accordingly.

You will report directly to the TSA Lead.

What you will need

To excel in this role, you should possess business acumen and project/program management experience; knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an advantage. Your understanding of products and processes, coupled with your effective communication skills in English, will set you apart.

Your personal skills are equally important—problem-solving comes naturally to you, and your structured approach ensures results. You easily build relationships due to your interpersonal skills, empathy, and team-oriented mindset.

Your work location will be at Norlys’ offices in either Copenhagen or Aarhus. Monthly travel between these locations must be expected.
