Your new role

The way we think about quality is naturally centered around AI. That is why we are looking for someone who is motivated to explore AI opportunities and translate them into concrete improvements in testing - for example within test design, automation, documentation, analysis, reporting and the optimization of manual processes.  

You will be responsible for transforming our testing organization by implementing Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, upgrading existing automation frameworks, and modernization of Quality Engineering practices.  

Your key responsibilities:

• Mapping current QA and testing practices across digital development teams  

• Helping to define and establish AI framework within QA/testing practice.  

• Setting the direction and requirements related to AI in different stages of QA.   

• Identifying, developing and implementing relevant AI tools for QA/testing  

• Driving the use of AI as an integrated part of QA and testing activities  

• Supporting Test Managers and QA/testers in working in a more structured, efficient and value-creating way, enabling them to support the entire development process  

Your experience  | what have you tried  

This role is for you who can engage with existing solutions, understand complex development environments and set the direction for how we work more efficiently, consistently and intelligently with quality going forward by implementing AI-driven testing solutions.  

• Experience with QA, testing and quality assurance in digital environments  

• Experience establishing or professionalizing QA processes across teams  

• Technical understanding and can engage in dialogue with developers and architects  

• Have an interest in and experience applying AI tools in areas such as test case generation, analysis, documentation and test automation etc

• Can translate strategy and ambitions into concrete solutions, processes and actions  

• Thrive in a role where you need to analyze, structure, advise and execute

Who you are as a person 

The successful candidate will define and execute an AI roadmap for Quality Assurance, improve software delivery through intelligent automation, and enable QA teams to become significantly more productive using AI-powered tools and workflows.
