We are looking for skilled individuals to join our Salesforce organization as Salesforce Administrator/declarative developers and be part of a community dedicated to delivering exceptional Customer Experiences.

You will work with the full suite of Salesforce products and the newest innovations like Communications Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

What will you do? | your role

• Configure intelligent and scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with our partners across IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Manage your own backlog, collaborating with the team to ensure solutions address priorities and align with our way of working.
• Your work will include rolling out new functionalities to business units new to Salesforce, as well as managing larger business-critical features and incremental change requests across Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud.
• Participate in the full delivery journey, including backlog planning, analysis, refining, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and deploying.
• Enjoy opportunities to continuously develop your Salesforce/IT skills and contribute to team improvements and the value we deliver.

Who you are | Salesforce hands-on experience

• You have several years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud) and relevant certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Telco industry business processes and BSS Systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern agile software delivery cycles and CI/CD DevOps.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, standard OOTB configuration, automations, building flows, and integrating Salesforce within the general IT landscape via APIs and connected apps.
