We are growing our Salesforce organization and are looking for Salesforce Administrators and Declarative Developers who want to help create exceptional customer experiences while being part of a supportive and highly skilled community.

 

You will work with a modern Salesforce landscape across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud — and newer technologies such as Communications Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.

 

But this role is about more than systems and features. It is about building solutions that people rely on every day — and doing it together with colleagues who care about collaboration, trust, learning, and having fun while delivering real value.

 

What your everyday could look like

As part of our full-stack CRM delivery team, you will play an important role in shaping how Salesforce supports our commercial organization now and in the future.

 

  • Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions together with colleagues across IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
  • Own and manage parts of the backlog while collaborating closely with your team on priorities and delivery
  • Help new business areas onboard to Salesforce while also enhancing existing business-critical solutions
  • Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud
  • Be involved throughout the entire delivery journey — from idea and analysis to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Grow your Salesforce and technology skills while contributing to how we work as a team

Who we imagine you are

You may come from different backgrounds, and there is more than one path into this role. What matters most is that you enjoy working hands-on with Salesforce, are curious by nature, and want to create solutions that make a difference. We imagine that you:

  • Have hands-on experience working with Salesforce administration and declarative development
  • Bring experience from platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud
  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications or equivalent practical experience
  • Are familiar with flows, automations, data models, integrations, APIs, and connected apps
  • Enjoy working in agile teams and collaborating across disciplines
