In our CRM Systems (Salesforce) department, you’ll join a group that challenges the status quo and embraces change as an opportunity to innovate. We work seriously with an agile mindset and PI-Planning/quarterly planning, to ensure cohesiveness with the rest of the organization. We support each other with knowledge sharing, development, professional help, jokes and we laugh a lot.

What will you do

• Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Support the teams in working agile and continuously improving processes
• You will work closely with our Product Owner and Delivery Team Managers on how we can optimize planning accuracy, work break-down, refinement, estimation, out-put and velocity
• Foster constructive dialogue within the teams ensuring effective communication
• Plan and follow up on initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges. Adopts a proactive strategy to tackle challenges, thereby preventing a reactive work culture
• Contribute to strengthening the agile culture across the organization
• Excels in dynamic environments, embracing change with grace and maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor in all situations
• Works in close collaboration with line management to maintain alignment and a unified strategic direction
• Actively contributes to cultivating a workplace where colleagues can develop and flourish

What is your story | your experience

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Technical Project Manager
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to motivate and engage teams
• Good understanding of software development and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM is considered a plus
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
