Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will become part of a collaborative engineering environment where knowledge sharing, technical ownership, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
As part of the team, you will help strengthen our workflow and process automation capabilities while contributing to the continued maturity of our ways of working and technical landscape.
Drive Workflow and Process Automation Across Norlys
We are looking for a senior developer specialist with strong expertise in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).
This role sits at the core of how we design, develop, implement, and operate workflow-driven solutions across our customer platforms. You will work in a complex environment where processes, integrations, and responsibilities are tightly connected.

Key responsibilities:

- Take ownership of assigned solutions and contribute to improving team capability and ways of working
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall architecture
- Contribute early to delivery while building knowledge of our landscape, processes, and ways of working
What we offer:
- Opportunity to work on core workflow and process automation capabilities
- A central role in strengthening how we design and execute across systems
- Close collaboration with experienced engineers, architects, and product teams
- A role with real impact on delivery speed and solution quality
- A modern engineering environment focused on sustainable and scalable solutions
Bring Your IBM BAW / BPM Expertise and Make an Impact
We are looking for a senior profile, typically with 5-10+ years of relevant experience. The most important thing is strong hands-on experience with IBM BAW / BPM and the ability to become a technical strength within the team. We expect the person to contribute early, while also allowing room for onboarding into our landscape, processes, and ways of working.
Required qualifications:
- Solid hands-on experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM
- Working knowledge of IBM Integration Designer (IID)
- Strong hands-on development experience, including solid Java expertise
- Experience working in integration-heavy and complex system landscapes
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across teams
- Strong understanding of workflow and process automation in practice
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with end-to-end process orchestration across multiple systems
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Personal competencies:
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
