Senior Programme Coordinator - Provide structure and daily support in our Integration Programme

Location: Copenhagen
Do you want to play a key role in an incredible exciting and complex integration programme following one of the largest transactions in the telecommunications industry, as Norlys and the former Telia Danmark merge into the leading telco and energy provider in Denmark? And do you thrive on making things happen, providing structure and supporting your colleagues by solving day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth and consistent administration of the integration programme? Then the position as Senior Programme Coordinator might be exactly what you are looking for.
Do you thrive in a changing environment and enjoy creating structure?
In the role as Senior Programme Coordinator, you will spend approximately 80% of your time coordinating and scheduling programme activities - including meetings, on- and offboarding of programme participants and other activities. So, your main responsibility is to support that the daily operations of the Integration Programme run smoothly, while handling various ad hoc tasks and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to emerging needs.
The remaining approximately 20% of your time will be spent supporting the Senior Vice President of Integration Office and the Senior Director of the Integration Programme by planning and scheduling meetings and managing their calendars.
Be a part of the Integration Programme and contribute to our common goal
In the position as Senior Programme Coordinator, you will be a part of the Integration Office department, which today consists of 10 colleagues, strongly supported by our external consultancy teams. We collaborate closely with more than 200 colleagues and programme participants across many functions in Norlys to contribute to our common goal of building a solid foundation for our mobile business in Norlys and ensure a seamless transition for our customers.
In our fast-paced environment, staying motivated comes from solving tasks while enjoying each other's company, sharing laughs, and supporting one another.
Your work location will be at Norlys’ office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, however, since the Integration Programme involves colleagues across several Norlys locations, some travel to Norlys’ location in Aarhus is to be expected.
You will report directly to the Programme Director.
Strong project management and coordination skills
You may have previously worked closely with a management team or a larger project team, providing essential support and coordination. You are used to fast-paced and dynamic environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to new challenges.
Or you might have been actively involved in managing or supporting projects, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes through careful planning and resource management. Now, you are eager to apply your skills and expertise to the Integration Programme.
A highlight of your current strengths would include:
-
Problem-solving and proactive mindset
-
Anticipating needs and spotting issues early
-
Detail-oriented and structured
-
Team mindset
-
Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
-
