About the Role

As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead the Mobile Core initiative within the Network Stream - an integrated part of the Integration Program - with the overall responsibility to:

• Ensure that Norlys successfully establishes a new mobile core while managing the transition of legacy systems.
• Secure strong leadership alignment between the mobile core transition and the broader network program.

To engage in the new mobile core initiative - already in progress in close collaboration with a key supplier and led operationally by an experienced program manager - where you will act as a senior resource within the partnership and ensure overall coherence and ensure Norlys needs are clear. Your focus will be on leadership and governance - aligning teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence across the initiative. This role operates at a higher, programme-level scope, bringing together all activities related to the Mobile Core domain. You will work closely with the existing program manager on the new mobile core, ensuring coordination, clarity of responsibilities, and a unified direction across the wider programme.

What you’ll be doing l Lead Program Delivery

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Mobile Core initiative, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
• Define program objectives, success criteria, and KPIs aligned with business and network program strategy and governance.

Drive governance and decision-making

• Participate in SteerCo's and in governance boards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Manage stakeholders and communication

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Be a key contact for program-related decisions and escalations.
• Communicate milestones and dependencies across the organization.

Combine expertise with strong stakeholder management skills

We expect you to have strong stakeholder management skills, solid business acumen, and informal leadership capabilities. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and know how to balance structure with a holistic perspective.

• Experience with project- and program management within complex technology transformation projects - preferably within Telecommunications, IT infrastructure or network
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAFe are a plus.
