Beyond integration, our goal is to elevate customer experience by continuously improving our digital processes, products, and channels.


You will bridge a collaboration between the business units and digital teams, where you will drive the discovery fase and ensure we find the right solutions that meet market demands while supporting our long-term strategy.


Two roles | three things in common:

 

· Drive the development and optimization of our digital product in collaboration with business owners across Norlys.

· Collect business needs from B2B stakeholders and identify feasible technical solutions and roadmaps.

· Collaborate with Product Managers, business owners, UX and Process Managers to ensure business processes are clearly defined before execution and IT development.


Technical Product Manager broadband | do you speak broadband-ish

 

As a Technical Product Manager for our B2B broadband product, you will play a key role in shaping the digital foundation of our broadbands products and experience at Norlys. You have to understand the technical understanding of the product and dependency, in order to ensure we build the right solutions. Your main focus will be on the B2B business area, where we aim to strengthen our digital broadband offering and ensure that our customer experience is simple, efficient, and build by a value-base digital solution.


Technical Channel Product Manager | tech savvy

 

As a Technical Channel Product Manager, your focus will be on our digital channels, where you will create and drive the digital roadmap to build a strong foundation that elevates the customer experience across our B2B digital channels.

 

This area is growing rapidly, which also means the stakeholder landscape is becoming increasingly complex. To succeed in this role, you will need strong collaboration skills and a robust profile that can handle diverse perspectives, make clear priorities, and take decisive actions to ensure we move in the right strategic direction.


What defines you

 

You have several years of experience working in a role within digital product development - ideally in a complex organization with both business and technical stakeholders. You also:


· have an understanding of B2B customer needs and experience developing digital experiences that business customers love.

· are comfortable challenging business requirements to ensure the best possible outcome for both customers and Norlys.

· thrive on bringing stakeholders together to find the best solutions and create value for customers.

· are action-oriented and can balance short-term tasks with long-term strategic initiatives.

· communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including commercial, marketing, channel, and development functions.
