Would you like to refine your skills in user-friendly and engaging digital experiences? Can you create design solutions that are visually compelling and grounded in user understanding?  

You will join the UX, Design & Test Practice within Digitalization & Technology and become part of a cross‑functional product team. Working closely with product owners, developers and business stakeholders, you will play a central role in translating business needs and ideas into concrete, user‑centred digital solutions. 

Your primary workplace will be our office in Ørestaden, Copenhagen with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel to our Aarhus location. 

Balancing UX and UI in commerce related flows 

We see UX and UI as closely connected, but with distinct responsibilities. This role spans both disciplines, with a strong emphasis on UX thinking before visual design. 

• Facilitate discovery and help turn business ideas into user journeys, flows and wireframes 

• Collaborate with the business and product owner to define needs and direction 

• Ensure user needs and end‑to‑end journeys are considered before UI design 

• Work with other UX designers to coordinate solutions across our digital products 

• Work confidently in Figma, using and contributing to our design system 

• Make mockups and UI designs that support day‑to‑day delivery, with commerce team 

• Deliver final implementation‑ready UI designs in close collaboration with developers 

Who you are  

We are searching for a designer who understands that great solutions come from balancing multiple perspectives. 

• Have experience with digital product development, e‑commerce flows and customer journeys across channels. 

• Can balance ideal UX solutions with technical feasibility and delivery realities. 

• Have experience working in agile development teams 

• Are proficient in modern design tools and methods, especially Figma 

• Hold a relevant higher education in design, interaction design, IT or similar
