PMI Program Consultant - Step into a key role in the Telia Integration Program

In the role of Program Consultant, you will be responsible for collecting and preparing decision-making materials, reports, and presentations for program management and other key stakeholders. You will co-facilitate workshops and actively participate in meetings with leadership and other relevant decision fora.
Additionally, you will be involved in designing, implementing and maintaining program governance, including processes, systems and changes to ways of working. You will also support, and drive analysis work related to the integration program, and play a key role in facilitating communication among integration program members.

In the position as PMI Program Consultant, you will be a key part of the Integration Management Office (IMO), which today consists of six Norlys/Telia colleagues, strongly supported by our consultant team from PwC. Our team collaborates closely, and it is very important to us that we all pitch in when needed and equally contribute to our common goal.
In our fast-paced environment, staying motivated comes from solving challenging tasks while enjoying each other's company, sharing laughs, and supporting one another.
The Telia Integration Program involves colleagues across several locations, and to stay connected with the Work Streams, we primarily operate out of Silkeborg, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. Therefore, some travel between locations is to be expected; however, working from home or other locations once or twice a week will be possible.
The Telia Integration Program is set to run until mid-2026; therefore, this role expires with the closing of the program. Well ahead of expiry we will initiate conversations about your potential next role. While it is impossible to secure any such role up front, the knowledge and skills you've developed will be important traits that are likely to be valuable to Norlys also in the future. Your potential next steps will of course depend on the availability of positions that match your competencies and aspirations at that point in time.
Experienced in presenting business data, problem solving and stakeholder management
In your current or previous roles, you may have been responsible for preparing reports and presentations for project managers or steering groups. You might have a background as a management consultant here experience from a tech transformation program definitely would be an advantage. You have experience in collecting and analyzing data to create decision-making materials. Additionally, you may have already co-facilitated various workshops.
A highlight of your current strengths would include:
- 2-3 years of experience as a management consultant. Experience with tech transformation is an advantage
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset
- High-level understanding of business processes cross large organizations
- Excellent in MS Office Suite especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytic, detail-oriented and structured
- Team mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
- Project management experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Stakeholder management skills

The Telia Integration Program, led by the Integration Management Office (IMO) is established to oversee the transition and carve-out of Telia Denmark from the existing systems and processes of the Swedish Telia Company. Our program is driven by a dedicated team of over 200 participants working together to ensure a seamless transition.
