Become part of a dedicated strategy team
As our new Strategy Consultant, you will be part of our “Strategy & Business development” team within Sinal consisting of 5 colleagues, who overall focusses on strategy, business transformation and management support.

Within the team, we are working cross-disciplinary with Sinal helping business units develop their strategy and transform it into concrete actions. Also, we are sparring partners along the journey and help adjust when necessary. As a team, we have a great focus on creating synergy by using each other as professional sparring partners, despite working on different projects, to continuously improve our skills. Like your colleagues, you are also expected to contribute to professional sparring within the team.

You will develop, implement and execute strategy
As part of the strategy team at Sinal, you will drive the strategic agenda, facilitating discussions across business units and reporting to the Sinal Leadership Team (SLT). 

Your job is to develop, implement and execute Sinals strategy. You will translate complex technical subjects into understandable and actionable recommendations. Also, you will serve as an analytical support and sparring partner across the organization, delivering insights and strategic perspectives. 

Your tasks will include both development of new strategy initiatives as well as follow-up on existing initiatives. 

In this role your key responsibilities are to:

• Scope, plan, execute, and report on business development initiatives with strong stakeholder management across organizational layers.
• Prepare board materials, management presentations, and deep-dive analyses to ensure clear communication for board meetings and SLT.
• Provide insights and analysis respective VP’s to support strategic discussions.
• Facilitate workshops, communicate strategy, and assist with onboarding.

A Motivated Strategy Consultant with a strategic and analytical mindset
We expect that you have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in consultancy, a strategy function, executive assistant role or similar. In addition, we expect you to have a relevant higher education at the master's level or similar, thereby having both the practical and theoretical background in place.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you:

• Can navigate and work across all organizational layers, especially within senior management teams.
• Have very strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling recommendations.
• Able to independently scope, plan, coordinate, and prioritize work across multiple projects.
• Have strong business acumen with a curious mindset suited for a technical industry.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent organizational skills.

As a person you:

• Can take the lead and thrive in a dynamic and complex workday with the involvement of various stakeholders. 
• Possess a strategic and analytical mindset with strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Have strong communication and facilitation skills and can operate fluently in English.
• Have great people skills and strong trust-building skills - and can adapt to and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. 

Since Sinal deals with critical infrastructure, a background check is a prerequisite for employment.
