Contract Manager - Lead our most critical supplier contracts to success

As Contract Manager, you’ll play a key role in our Business Integration Program, driving structure, performance, and strong collaboration across some of Norlys’ most critical agreements. Be a part of an ambitious strategic journey
You will be part of Procurement, which drives strategic procurement and vendor management across the different business units. We pursue an ambitious agenda within compliance and governance including strategic contracts, ESG, and critical infrastructure. At the same time, you will play a key role in our major business integration program, where you will be responsible for managing contracts and driving some of the largest supplier agreements in Norlys.
You will collaborate closely with the Vendor Manager, who relies on your data to drive tactical and commercial decisions. Acting as a bridge between the business, procurement, and suppliers, you will foster professional supplier relationships built on facts, structure, and clear expectation management. You will also work closely with relevant stakeholders in our Program Integration Office (PMO) to ensure alignment and strong crossfunctional collaboration.
Build bridges between business, procurement, and suppliers
As Contract Manager, you will play a key role in the daily management of our most complex and businesscritical supplier contracts. You ensure structure, compliance, and strong collaboration by turning data and contractual requirements into clear actions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the operational contract governance for Tier 1 suppliers.
- Handling obligations, performance, KPIs, SLAs, and daily deliveries.
- Ensuring contractual requirements, deadlines, and quality standards are met and documented.
- Preparing and leading supplier meetings, including agendas, minutes, and followups.
- Monitoring performance and managing issues, including escalation when needed.
- Supporting Vendor Managers and Category Managers with data, insights, and reporting.
- Coordinating ongoing activities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contributing to invoice validation and handling minor contract adjustments.
- Maintaining contract libraries, documentation, and contract history.
- Ensuring high data quality and turning analyses into operational insights.
Navigate complex supplier environments to drive performance
We expect you to bring solid experience, a structured mindset, and the ability to navigate complex supplier environments with confidence and professionalism. You thrive in a dynamic setting, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and turn contractual frameworks into effective daily operations.
Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Bring experience from Contract Management, Vendor Management, or a similar role.
- Understand contract structures, obligation management, and supplier performance.
- Create clarity across complex delivery areas.
- Excel in stakeholder management at all levels.
- Hold a relevant commercial, legal, or technical education.
- Be proficient in MS Office (advanced) and experienced with D365, BI tools, and S2P/CLM systems.
- Communicate in English at negotiation level.
- Work in a structured and analytical way.
- Thrive in a complex, changing environment and build trust.
- Be selfdriven, resultsoriented, and committed to high-quality execution.
