Be a part of accelerating our new strategy 

You will be part of a team in the newly established Corporate Strategy department. Together you will execute the corporate strategy, lead the annual planning cycle, and drive key strategic initiatives. Every team member contributes with specialized expertise to ensure successful execution of these initiatives. You will join a high-performance and fast-paced environment where the quality standards are set high.

Transform data into business insights

As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in advancing our strategic agenda, supporting the Executive Management team with a range of high-impact responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing complex challenges and convert data and insights into decision-ready material and actionable recommendations for the Executive Leadership Team. 
• Collaborating with senior leaders on strategic projects across commercial, business models, M&A, digitalization, operations, and infrastructure.
• Contributing to the development of Norlys’ next corporate strategy. 

Combine ambitions with analytical excellence

We expect that you are either a soon-to-be graduate performing at the top of your class or a professional with relevant work experience, preferably from management consulting or corporate strategy. Beyond your academic or professional achievements, you have the ambition to go the extra mile, the drive to move things forward, and the integrity to do things the right way. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo when needed.

We expect you to possess:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and important conclusions from complex business challenges.
• Project management skills ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Danish proficiency is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in building high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and handling complex data in Excel.

For the right candidate, the start date is flexible throughout 2026, depending on graduation from university. Candidates who are still completing their studies may also start as a Student Assistant.
