Take on the challenge and raise the bar
You’ll lead and develop our 1st level Network Operations Center, the team of 14 that keeps an eye on everything, 24/7/365, so our customers can rely on us. Monitoring infrastructure and services, handling incidents, keeping stakeholders (including authorities) informed, your team makes it all happen. Collaboration skills are essential, and yes, sometimes you’ll need to bring order to chaos.

Your role will include:
• Leading the NOC team day-to-day, people first, systems second
• Helping complete our journey from Monitoring Center to true Operations Center
• Keeping track & telling the story of the team’s progress and wins
• Tuning and improving NOC framework so performance and quality stay top-tier
• Embedding a continuous-improvement mindset that actually sticks
• Creating a work environment where people feel safe, motivated and excited to contribute

Who we think you are
A people-oriented leader with a practical mindset and a calm hand - even on the busy days. You enjoy variety, change and making things work better. You love measurable results but also value good collaboration. You bring 2–5 years of experience in leadership or network/IT operations. ITIL and continuous improvement aren’t new to you. Bonus points if you’ve helped build or run a monitoring function before. Requirement for the job is that you can be security cleared with a “SECRET/HEMMELIG” classification degree or higher, by Danish authorities.
