In our OSS & Network Systems team, you’ll join a group that challenges the status quo and embraces change as an opportunity to innovate. The team is distributed between Copenhagen and Aarhus, and we’re currently looking for a Scrum Master based in Aarhus who can work across both locations. We work seriously with an agile mindset and PI-Planning/quarterly planning, to ensure cohesiveness with the rest of the organization. We support each other with knowledge sharing, development, professional help, jokes and we laugh a lot.
What will you do
- Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Support the team in working agile and continuously improving processes.
- Act as a bridge between business, development, stakeholders and foster constructive dialogue within the team and across the organization, ensuring effective communication.
- Plan and follow up on projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges. Adopts a proactive strategy to tackle challenges, thereby preventing a reactive work culture.
- Contribute to strengthening the agile culture across the organization.
- Excels in dynamic environments, embracing change with grace and maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor in all situations.
- Works in close collaboration with line management to maintain alignment and a unified strategic direction.
- Actively contributes to cultivating a workplace where colleagues can develop and flourish.
What is your story | your experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Technical Project Manager.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Good understanding of software development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
