At Norlys, you will have an exciting daily routine within an area with over 35 dedicated colleagues responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of both Fixed Networks, Mobile Networks, and Service operations in Norlys.

You will experience a high degree of openness, trust, and curiosity within the team, which together is fully responsible for the implementation and operation of all private and business customers in Norlys. You will be part of interdisciplinary groups across the organization, and engage in various types of collaboration with our suppliers as well as private and business operations.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working with the fundamentals of HFC (coax) technology - channel line ups, RF levels, modulation, amplifier cascades and customer installation
- Participating in ongoing tests, optimizations and upgrades, including rolling out new software on different types of equipment (CPE, coax network (HFC), TV platform etc.)
- Troubleshooting issues in the HFC network
- Keeping the lab test environment up to date
- Ensuring a higher degree of automation in processes and technology
- Ensuring documentation and processes related to the network are up to date and meet our standards
- Generally ensuring a good customer experience in all tasks and projects
High Expertise Level and Collaboration
As a person, you are curious and development-oriented, thriving in delivering good service and enjoying solving challenges. You can work independently while being part of a team where everyone's contributions matter, and the best solutions are often found collectively. We prefer you to have at least three years of practical experience in handling hardware and testing, along with knowledge of the HFC and telecom areas in general. Being fluent in Danish and English, both in writing and speaking, is required, along with maintaining a security clearance from FE, at the HEM level.
