Who are we?

You will be a part of Digital Business Development, but primarily supporting our Enterprise Architecture department. We are part of the Digitalisation and Technology division at Norlys, striving to achieve success in our digital transformation efforts. Within our team, you will have 5 colleagues who all are looking forward to meeting you, where two of them are student workers as well. A typical day at the office….

You enter the front door, and people you meet on your way to the office greets you with a smile and a “good morning”. You can feel the positive vibe throughout the company, and you are ready to start the daily tasks which could consist of:

• Support the daily operation and ongoing enhancement of EA governance.
• Facilitate and coordinate architecture forums across the organization.
• Maintain and adapt EA tool support, including Jira, Confluence, and related platforms.
• Align EA activities with the broader product organization.
• Prepare decision papers and executive presentations for IT management.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of EA KPIs.
• Provide project management support for EA tooling initiatives and methodology development.

You are currently in the final stage of your bachelor’s degree or in the early stage of your master’s degree. We believe that our future colleague:
