Transformation Manager, eMobility - Drive transformation and commercial impact

Location: Aarhus, Copenhagen or Aalborg
Do you want to play a key role in one of Norlys’ most important growth areas, driving transformation and commercial development in a business central to the green transition and the electrification of transport across multiple segments? And do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution and leadership collaboration? As Transformation Manager in Norlys eMobility, you will help translate strategic ambitions into concrete actions and measurable results. Could this be your next challenge?
A central role in the eMobility leadership team
As Transformation Manager, you will become an integrated part of the eMobility leadership team, working closely with and reporting directly to the Vice President of eMobility.
You will act as a trusted partner to the VP and the wider leadership team, supporting the translation of strategy into clear priorities, initiatives and business outcomes. Your role will have a strong mandate to drive transformation, performance and value creation across eMobility.
At Norlys eMobility, you will be part of a collaborative and ambitious environment where we work closely across functions to create strong business outcomes. We combine a high-performance culture with a strong sense of teamwork, supporting each other while navigating a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your key stakeholders will include leaders across products, operations, finance, commercial and customer functions, as well as relevant group functions.
Your workplace will be in either Aarhus, Copenhagen or Aalborg, with flexibility depending on your location and collaboration needs.
Drive transformation, performance and commercial value
In this role, you will spend most of your time driving cross-functional transformation initiatives and supporting leadership decision-making across the eMobility business.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted strategic and transformation partner to the VP and leadership team
- Driving and executing cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation
- Ensuring strong alignment between strategic ambitions and operational execution in close collaboration with Corporate Strategy

- Driving explorative business development initiatives within core and adjacent business areas
- Preparing high-quality decision material, presentations and recommendations for leadership forums
- Solving complex and unstructured problems requiring analytical depth and stakeholder alignment
- Maintaining oversight of market developments, including consolidation trends and M&A opportunities, and acting as the eMobility SPOC towards Corporate M&A
- Occasionally stepping in on tasks at management level when needed.
A transformation profile with commercial acumen
We imagine that you bring a strong foundation within strategy, transformation or commercial development, and that you are motivated by working closely with senior stakeholders to drive impact and results.
You may come from a role in management consulting, corporate strategy or business transformation, where you have worked closely with senior stakeholders and supported strategic initiatives. Or you have experience from a commercial or strategic role in an industry context, where you have contributed to driving performance and translating strategy into execution.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (e.g. management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or similar)
- A relevant master’s degree within Economics, Business Administration, Management or similar
- Experience from energy, mobility, infrastructure or tech-enabled businesses is an advantage, but not a requirement.
And a highlight of your strengths would include:
- Strong strategic and transformation skillset combined with commercial understanding
- Experience with business models, growth initiatives, pricing, unit economics or financial performance drivers
- Ability to work closely with senior leaders and operate confidently in a leadership environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Structured, analytical and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to move from insight to action
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create clear and compelling decision material.
