I’m Magnus Oscarsson and I’m leading a team of experts that take care of Service Continuity and Operations Performance team for Mobile and Fixed services. 

Norlys are developing our organization in the Telco domain, and we need a new member to our Service Assurance team. 

For the mobile and fixed domains, we need a Network Service Operations Manager. We work together and support each other in the Incident, Change and Problem Management area.

Actually, we run all ITIL processes within Telco. We also have On Call Duty for major and critical incidents. A wide spectrum from writing processes and work instructions to be a part of Problem and Incident investigations.

You will be a part of a diverse team who are talking English or Scandinavian and are multi-cultural. Together we have a broad skill set of competencies, and we work both together and alone. We work at offices in Århus and Copenhagen.

The position as Network Service Operations Manager | what will you be a part of

• Secure Operational Readiness for new product and services
• Coordinate ITIL processes within Telco
• Run Change Advisory Board
• Be a part of an On-Call 24/7, approximately one week per month as Major Incident Manager
• Coordinate with stakeholders around the company and external vendors
• Network vendor contact and co-operations
• Process training and coaching
• Business Continuing

Who are you | ITIL experience

• You have ITIL experience
• Experience of Telco Change or Incident Management
• You as a person, are open-minded and like teamwork
• You have ability to challenge a change request
• You have investigation skills
