As an intern, you’ll join a People & Culture HR team of 8 talented colleagues who collectively drive and support a wide range of HR activities across the organization.
Within the team, we have a strong professional and social community where we actively use each other for sparring and idea development. We learn from one another, support each other, and create space for both deep focus and shared laughter in a busy workday. It is also a team where you, as an intern, will have the opportunity to take responsibility and turn your knowledge, curiosity, and ideas into concrete, practical experience.
Your day-to-day as our new intern
As an intern, you’ll become part of our Learning & Development and HR teams, where you’ll have the opportunity to both support our regular activities and work independently on development projects. You’ll gain insight into our entire annual cycle and get up close to the processes that drive well-being, performance, and competency development within the organization. Together, we’ll create a plan for your internship, so you’ll have responsibility, learn new skills, and have the chance to make your mark.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting and assisting with the development of our annual cycle activities
- including job satisfaction surveys and performance processes.
- Contribute to the development of e-learning modules and digital learning content.
- Help with the planning, coordination, and execution of competency development activities.
- Support our leadership development initiatives.
Proactive intern ready to kickstart their HR career at Sinal
We imagine that you are currently pursuing a degree in HR, communication, learning, digital design, or a related field. Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate) is a plus—but not a requirement. Above all, we’re looking for an intern who is organized, curious, and has a natural drive.
You don’t need to know everything in advance; the most important thing is that you enjoy creating a clear overview and are interested in employee development and well-being. In return, we promise an educational internship where you’ll be involved on an equal footing with the rest of the team and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.
Since Sinal deals with critical infrastructure, there may be a need to conduct a background check on you during the recruitment process.
Background checks may include verification of your identity, submission of a criminal record check, obtaining references, and verification of your diploma. You will be informed if this becomes relevant and prior to the start of the internship.
